Exavault Logistics LLC provides international freight and shipping, secure storage solutions, vault and asset management, air cargo coordination, global logistics operations, import and export support, warehousing and distribution, customs and cargo handling, high-value goods transportation, and supply chain management. Service availability may vary based on location and regulatory requirements.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith.
• Delays caused by customs, weather, or force majeure are not the company’s liability.
• Clients must provide accurate shipping documentation and cargo details.

4. Payment Terms

• All invoices must be paid within the agreed contractual period.
• Late payments may attract service suspension or penalties.
• Security deposits may be required for high-value shipments.

5. Liability & Insurance

Exavault Logistics LLC maintains standard cargo insurance coverage. Additional insurance coverage must be requested prior to shipment. Liability is limited to the declared cargo value unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Prohibited Goods

Clients may not ship illegal, hazardous, or restricted materials without proper declaration and regulatory approval. Undeclared prohibited goods may result in immediate contract termination.

7. Secure Storage & Vault Management

Exavault Logistics LLC provides secure storage, confidential asset handling, vault management, and cargo protection services. Storage and vault services require accurate declarations, agreed access protocols, and compliance with applicable security and regulatory requirements.

8. Confidentiality

All shipment details and client data are treated as confidential and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from service agreements shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration under applicable commercial laws.

10. Amendments

Exavault Logistics LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
